PacificUS
Real Estate Group

History

PacificUS Real Estate Group made its entrance into the real estate world through a consulting contract with former ownership. That agreement provided PacificUS with seed capital and the opportunity to acquire prime real estate assets of its former company. PacificUS did this with its initial project, Parc Telegraph, a 282-unit high rise condominium in the exclusive Telegraph Hill area of San Francisco, later with Golden Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre raw land parcel in Santa Clarita, and then with the 490-acre Carlsberg Ranch in Moorpark.

Goals and Focus

Our business focuses on four elements:

1. To primarily act as an independent developer to acquire and entitle undervalued real estate assets.

2. Enter into joint venture partnerships for the acquisition, entitlement, subdivision, management and sale of raw land, residential, resort, and real estate properties.

3. Acquire portfolios from or assist owners and financial institutions with the objective of repositioning and liquidating raw land or other real estate portfolios.

4. Contract as asset manager, development manager, and/or sales consultant for land, residential, hotel, resort, and commercial projects.
