Paul J. Giuntini

Mr. Giuntini is President and Chief Executive Officer of PacificUS Real Estate Group. He directs strategic planning and is responsible for overall management and investor and joint venture relationships. Mr. Giuntini initially served at Penn Phillips Properties and later at Southmark Pacific Corporation and SoPac Real Estate Group, where he served as President and CEO. Through Mr. Giuntini's efforts, Southmark Pacific Corporation and SoPac Real Estate Group acquired, developed and sold over $2 billion in real estate assets. In 1989, Mr. Giuntini formed PacificUS Real Estate Group to develop a high-rise condominium project in San Francisco. Since 1989, Mr. Giuntini has developed and sold owned assets and managed assets for the Resolution Trust Corporation, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Carlsberg Family, and Deutsch GAV.

Mr. Giuntini graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. He obtained his MBA from Stanford University. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army for two years after receiving his MBA.

David J. Giuntini

Mr. Giuntini is the fourth generation in the family to be involved in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of land. He has completed a variety of residential, commercial, and hospitality real estate projects in California and Nevada. His day to day responsibilities include working with local, state, and federal agencies and managing project professionals, including land planners, surveyors, civil engineers architects, and general contractors.

Mr. Giuntini's skill set has evolved with the growth in green technologies and appurtenant environmental regulations. He has considerable experience with low impact development, environmental mitigation and remediation, native and drought tolerant landscaping, and tertiary wastewater treatment and disposal.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
